User Agreement for Pushete

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the game operator (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") regarding your access to and use of the Pushete (hereinafter referred to as the "Game").
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Game. Your download, installation and all usage behaviors of the Game shall be deemed as your full acceptance and unconditional compliance with all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please stop using the Game immediately.
1. Service Description
The Game is a free lightweight offline puzzle game that provides users with classic sokoban level gameplay and casual entertainment services. All core game functions are independently operated on the user's local device.
We do not provide any online real-time interaction, payment recharge, user registration, account login and other related services. We reserve the right to adjust, optimize, update or upgrade the Game functions, levels and program versions according to product operation and iteration needs without prior notice to users.
2. Privacy Protection
We strictly abide by international general privacy protection principles. As clearly stated in our independent Privacy Policy, we do not collect, store, upload or process any personal information or usage data of users during your use of the Game. All game operation records only exist on your local device, and we have no right or ability to obtain, view or modify your local game data.
3. User Usage Rules
Users shall use the Game in a legal, compliant and appropriate manner. You agree not to engage in any of the following behaviors:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack or tamper with the Game program, code, resources and level data in any way;
- Use plug-ins, cheating tools, auxiliary programs and other third-party tools to interfere with the normal operation of the Game;
- Use the Game for illegal, improper, offensive, infringing or other non-entertainment commercial purposes;
- Spread malicious programs, viruses or harmful content through the Game, or interfere with the normal use of the Game by other users;
- Violate international public order and good customs and relevant applicable behavioral norms.
If you violate the above rules, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the Game service permanently.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights of the Game, including but not limited to game codes, interface designs, picture resources, level designs, text descriptions and program algorithms, are all legally owned by us. All international intellectual property protection laws and regulations apply to this Agreement.
Users only obtain the personal non-commercial right to use the Game during the usage period. No user shall copy, distribute, spread, sell, lease, adapt or commercially use any content of the Game without our written official authorization.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Game is provided to users on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any express or implied guarantees for the Game, including but not limited to the stability, accuracy, completeness and applicability of the game functions.
Within the scope permitted by international applicable laws, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to device failure, data loss (local game data), usage interruption and other losses.
We are not responsible for any problems caused by users' illegal modification of the Game, use of cheating tools or improper operation.
6. Agreement Update and Termination
We reserve the right to update and revise this Agreement irregularly according to product operation and industry standard changes. The updated Agreement will be displayed on the Game terminal, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Game after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall take effect permanently during your use of the Game. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and stopping the use of the Game.
